This is a special day for my husband. He is 40 today. 40 years ago he came into this world. 40 years ago God had a plan for him. 40 years ago God already knew that he would be my husband and the father of our two daughters. God sees the beginning from the end. Isn't HE amazing?
Also, amazing that God gave me such a great husband. He has so many wonderful qualities and I just don't know what I would do without him. He is an inspiration to me. He makes me feel loved and safe. Just yesterday I took my first motorcycle ride as an adult with him. It was thrilling, exciting, and scary at the same time. Every time I became afraid I prayed for the protection of my Heavenly Father and felt comforted with the protection of my husband. I am so grateful for the husband I have.
Michael I love you so much! This has been a great 19+ years with you.

Done gushing over my hubby....back to your regularly scheduled programming. ;-)
One more thing. Those of you that are family, know my family, or would consider praying for our family I have some requests.
#1 My sister, Leanna is in the hospital. She has a huge kidney stone. I took her to the hospital on Wed. the 18th and she is still there. This is day 6 for her. I think she may get to come home tomorrow or the next day. She is having a very hard time. They have her heavily medicated and she isn't eating. They have to get the pain under control (pain pills to send her home with instead of IV meds) and she has to start being able to eat.
#2 Michael's Mom called yesterday. She said that her Mom had fallen and broken her hip. She is in her early 90's. They are saying that she either is heavily sedated and in a wheelchair for the rest of her life or they take the risk of surgery. She may not make it through so that is a big concern. There will be a meeting today to see what they will do. Pray that what is best will be done for her. God knows best.
