We went to our local Tea Party on the 15th, Tax Day. Just thought I would share a few pictures of some people that were there and some of the signs I saw.

I do want to add something. I have heard a lot about what the Tea Parties were and I want to tell you what they were not. They were NOT riots, hate festivals, or a bunch of racists. This wasn't about a president that has a different color of skin. This was not about a specific political party. This was not about anything but people in this country tired of not being heard. This was about a government that is out of control. We want to keep the money we earn. If you disagree with my post just ignore it. There are plenty of places on the Internet for debate. This is not that place.

I heard a rumor that there are plans for more TEA Parties on July 4th. If you missed it or want to go again (like me!) then you have another chance to attend.

Great signs! Our favorite was Resession, Depression...Recovery! We watched the events on TV but were not able to attend. Maybe July 4th we can! I am also RSVPing for Catrina's graduation. We received her invitation and beautiful picture yesterday. Love, Sherry
