I know I said come back tomorrow for more photos. What I meant to say was come back in 6 days for more photos. Sorry about that. Life happens you know. Also, computer problems and having your dining room & kitchen in chaos can happen & that can slow a person down. I have a few more photos. We still aren't done but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
(Here is an interesting photo. Actually, the blue tape color looks really good with the wall paint.)

The next thing is one more coat on the kitchen cabinets and then start painting the 23 cabinet doors. That should be fun. (wink, wink)
Here you can see Sadie holding those doors down so they don't get away from us.
Here is a photo without the lovely tape. This is the end result in the dining room. All the painting is done. Our kitchen and dining room are attached so it doesn't feel completed just yet. I think we can bring the table back in to the dining room soon. Maybe that will happen this weekend.
(You can see our new vertical blinds in the photo below. My husband is going to make a shelf on top of them so I am really excited about that. It will probably cover that top piece. He is also going to make me 2 more shelves for the dining room.)

That yellow strip above the plate rail (above the cabinets) is really the only wall paint in the kitchen. I guess it sounds pretty impressive to say we have already painted the entire kitchen.
You are looking at it.

This photo shows a totally new and different angle of the kitchen (yes, I am being sarcastic). The bigger part on the left is actually part of the dining room.

This is a bigger picture. Yes, my dining room is just used for ironing and storing some misc. items on the bar right now.

I will post more pictures later. I won't say tomorrow but as soon as I can get to it. Since these pictures were taken we have switch plate covers and the cabinets are painted. Woo hoo! In these photos the cabinets have only been primed.

That is all for now. Hope you are enjoying this step by step account of what is going on in our house. Please, don't use it as black mail in the future. ;-)

Looking good! I like your background colors! LOL!
Love the color on the walls. Was it a yellow or cream? I'm going to do my MasterBath in that color.
