Guess What!!! My girls are getting baptized next Sunday night on the 13th. It is pretty exciting! Just wanted to let you all know. It is really great because a dear family we know is also having their children and the Dad baptized.
I am praying that it will be a very special day for them. I would love some suggestions on ways to make this day extra special. I have a few ideas but would love more.
I remember when I got baptized my Aunt Carol & Uncle Loyd made it very memorable with a lovely surprise family dinner. At the end of that dinner Aunt Carol brought out a cake that had a light blue cross on top of it. I will never forget that...or how she shoved me out of the kitchen when I came in at the wrong time. ;-)

This is a time when all Grandparents wish they could be there because of the meaning of this special day. Just know how proud of you we are and that we love both of you girls very much. We will be there is spirit. Enjoy the day.
