Attention: Something else wonderful has happened at our house. Check out Catrina's blog to see what it is. As I was thinking about this upcoming school year I started to reflect on the last school year. I realized we had the end of an era in 2 areas. The one was that after about 11 years I don't have any children in our church program, Rhema Regals (like Awanas/Girl Scouts). This was every Monday night for the past several years of our life. Catrina stopped a couple of years ago and this was the last year for Hannah. Both girls started in that group when they were 6.
Also, for the past 4-5 years Catrina has been doing at least some school with a friend. The things they were doing together (biology, world history, etc.) ended last year. This will be the first year in a long time that we do not do school with Patti.
To celebrate their time together and the end of that time we all went to dinner at the end of the school year. I don't think I ever posted the pictures on here. If I did, sorry for the repeat. Patti, if you are there....it was fun! You and Cat have many fun memories together.

The times they are a changing. Enjoy all the time together you can because the next thing you know you will be taking your wonderful daughter to a town where she will be going to school thinking it is just for a short time and she never comes home again. Wait that was me. Sorry. Enjoy as much as you can. I would love to have those days back again. I would make some changes.
