
Friends & Family!
I had someone ask about my weight loss recently so I thought I would post an update.
This post is probably for a select few so if you are not interested you are most certainly excused from this post. ;-)
UPDATE AGAIN:
I HAVE LOST
15.5 POUNDS NOW! YIPPEE!
Not a lot to report yet. Still going to the gym 3 timEs a week. I think I may have missed one time one week. However, I am still going strong. Since I have done this a few times before I want to make sure I am 100% successful this time. In light of that, I would be so grateful for your prayers. Any long term goal like this takes a lot of determination. If I only had 10 lbs to lose it wouldn't take nearly as long but I plan to lose a lot more than that. I have to be in this for the REALLY long haul. I don't want to lose my momentum ever! That is where you come in. Please, pray for me when you think of it. Pray that I stay strong and stay committed to my goal.
So I have lost about 14 lbs now (I lack only 1/4 lb.) so that makes me pretty happy. No, I am not thrilled with not going faster but hope this is a sign that it can be a permanent thing.
That is the update.
Keep me in your prayers and I appreciate any encouragement (maybe some comments below?) you would like to send my way.

You are my hero. I know that if anyone can do it it is you. You have great faith and are very strong willed. I wish I had your determination. Keep up the good work and I will continue to pray for you. A prayer from you to get me started would be nice.
