Check out Kim's post on her new blog. I know Kim's Dad will like this one. Here is part 2 of the "after winter ice storm clean up". The operation was expanded to an elderly neighbors house next door. The first picture is how the day ended. Those smiles don't show the amount of tiredness they were experiencing. Of course, the daughter in this picture wanted me to believe that she was being treated more harshly than a guy on a chain gang (see image below). How could we expect this much work out of her? She had to be exhausted. Just about the time I thought maybe I had pushed my girls beyond their limits I hear this little question. "Mom, can I go ride my bike?" Well, I guess she will survive the brutal work load that she had to endure. Maybe she will be able to get it all out of her mind while going for a nice strenuous bike ride.
In an only slightly related story check this out. I think this guy has the right idea.

This is the picture that was taken a second before my first picture. I didn't realize how funny it was until I put it on the computer. Michael is holding in his right hand a super long saw for high in trees. As they rounded the corner it looks like Hannah was getting bit too close! Watch out!!

In the middle of all the hard work I did spot a Bluebird (of happiness).

These two pictures give you an idea of how long that saw is.
Doesn't this guy look just a little too happy to be holding a SAW!!!!

Below: If only they would let me out so I can help!!
You can do it...I know you can!
Saving one of the best for last. One of my favorite pictures of the day. Giving a little bit of encouragement.

I think it's wonderful that you are helping your neighbor. Good for you. Tell my girls Grandma is real proud of them. I love and miss you all.
