UPDATE: Dad is hanging in there! He is showing signs of improvement. The swelling in his joints is going down. They may let him out of the hospital Friday or Saturday. Thanks for your prayers!
Also, last night, we got word that Michael's Dad walked into the ER. They thought he had a heart attack. The last word I heard was that they found fluid in his lungs so it may be pneumonia instead. Either way please, lift him up in your prayers. Pray that the Dr.'s will figure out the problem and that he will have a quick recovery! We love both of you Dads!!!

I just found out yesterday morning (Wed.) that my Dad has been very sick since Sunday. Then I found out yesterday afternoon that they put him in the hospital. They think he has a form of Vasculitis (apparently they are several forms of it). They are a bit confused though since this is usually something that children get. I don't think they are totally convinced just yet that is what it is though. Dad is in a lot of pain. They had to put him in a wheelchair just to get him to a vehicle. Pray that they figure out what is wrong and then give him the proper treatment. We are praying for a quick recovery too! Thanks! ~Kim
