Baskin-Robbins is having $.31 scoops this Wednesday (May 2nd) from 5-10pm. You can find out what kind of flavors they have on their website.
They are raising money for the Fallen Firefighters Charity.
Now we have an excuse to eat a lot of ice cream to help out a wonderful group of people!

I think May is the perfect time for this event. My favorite treat is ice cream AND May is my birthday month. Wonder if I can call this an early birthday present for myself. ;-)

Would you believe that they a tearing down our Baskin Robbins? They are. We had a dollar theater in the Mall that was closed because of expansion. The theater behind the Baskin Robbins was closed because they couldn't compete with the new Theater. The dollar theater moved in and remodeled recently. Now they were told that the theater and Baskin Robbins are to be torn down to make room for Ruby Tuesday. Why can't they go somewhere else. I would like to have them all. I have been told that Baskin Robbins is looking for a new spot. I hope they don't give up. Then all we would have is Dairy Queen. I noticed yesterday that the Yogart place is for sale. I found this out when I stopped to get a peanut butter cup. Wonderful!!
It is just wrong to take away a place that sells ice cream! Wrong, wrong, wrong!
