Had to just soak this moment in. There were many times on this trip that I kept thinking to myself, "I want to completely absorb this moment...just soak it all in".
I had the most surprising reaction when I actually laid my eyes on it. I began to tear up and I am not sure why. Just an amazing thing to see. An amazing place to be so rich in history...so rich in LIBERTY! We are so blessed!
